We strongly suggest you book a tour, prior to booking your event. Once an event is booked that deposit is a Non-Refundable fee to hold the date for your event.

Event types include but are not limited to Micro-Weddings, Celebration parties, Memorial gatherings, and Game nights. Some exclusions may apply.

Kitchen area for plating, bussing and catering service is included in all bookings, as well as a bar height serving area for refreshments.

Venue is located on Private property in a rural setting. Exact address provided by request.

Venue is just minutes away from several hotels, dining options, amusement centers, and shopping complexes.

Spacious 1500 Sq ft building with covered patio.

Maximum occupancy for up to 80 total people

Up to 8 total 72" round tables with seating for up to 8 guests each

Up to 4 total 48" rectangle tables with seating of up to 6 guests Or these can be alternately used for accoutrement tables

Up to 64 exterior folding chairs and 4 benches that seat up to 5 guests each all located on a plush 1500 sq ft turf pad. Available for use during summer season for Outdoor weddings or celebrations.

Parking for up to 60 cars with reserved parking availability next to building for special guests, upon request.

All Renters must provide Special Event Liability Insurance

Deposits

Non-Refundable Hold Date deposit is due at time of scheduling. Remaining balance due prior to event

Contract

Signed contract, details page, and Hold Harmless due prior to event.

Additional details

No hard alcohol, Renter must get Idaho alcohol catering permits and use a bartender.
All food must be provided by guests. Catering must be self contained. All food vendors must be licensed and insured.
Venue has limited water.
No open flame or grills.
No smoking on turf or in building, designated area only.
No changing rooms, portable Bathrooms only.
Limited ADA parking and access
Sound system or DJ not to exceed 85 decibels, especially outside.
Our Venue can be windy at times, be prepared.
Venue is also located near Rail Road tracks, there may be noise from trains.
No winter turf use.
Guests must remain within rented areas, no trespassing on rest of property.
Park at your own risk, parking is dirt field. No parking along sides of main driveway.
Event Insurance is expected to be provided by Guests.
All contracts, deposits, and insurance etc.. to be completed prior to event.
